Absolutely! We only bring in professionals who have been recommended and certified by experts. Only those professionals who pass our strict onboarding process are allowed to work with VTSA SERVICES. All professionals are also required to complete an assessment test to verify their qualifications. Most of them have more than 3 years of experience in his/her field.

Yes, it is advisable for you to be around when the job is getting done. You are requested to take care of your personal belongings or valuables in the presence of our Service Providers. VTSA SERVICES will not be liable for any damage or theft arising in case of failure to do so.

We immediately arrange for a replacement and schedule a time convenient to you to do the job or register a cancellation of the service requested.

We at VTSA SERVICES understand that your time is valuable and are always striving to limit the time spent by Service Providers at your home. However the agents are trained to update you if the job might take longer than expected. Please do expect a buffer of half an hour more or less than the stated time to complete the task.

All supplies would be purchased by the Service Provider after consulting with you. We would assume basics such as ladder and cleaning cloth be available at your home. A bill would be provided for all the purchases made by the Service Provider.

While we highly recommend you register with us first, you could place a service request on our app/site without registering with us. You do not have to worry about unnecessary calls or messages from us. We have a strict policy against that practice.

After each service is completed, our customers are asked to rate the service on different parameters and judge the overall satisfaction of the service. You would also be allowed to rate a provider based on some parameters through our app if the service was requested from the app.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for VTSA Services' annual membership and one-time repair bookings.

Annual Membership (₹3499/year)

  • You can cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no service has been availed under the membership yet.
  • Once a service has been availed under the membership, the membership becomes non-refundable for that year.
  • If you wish to cancel after the 7-day window but before using any service, a pro-rata deduction (based on time elapsed) will apply and the balance will be refunded.

One-Time Repair / Service Requests

  • You can cancel a service request free of cost any time before a technician has been assigned or dispatched.
  • If a technician has already been dispatched or has reached your location, a visiting/inspection charge may be deducted from any refund.
  • Once the requested work has started or been completed, the service charge is non-refundable.
  • Cost of spare parts or materials already purchased for your job (as per the bill shared) is non-refundable once bought.

Rescheduling

Instead of cancelling, you can reschedule your service to a more convenient time at no extra cost — just message us on WhatsApp or call our support number with your booking details.

Refund Timelines

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment (UPI/bank account/card, as applicable).

Poor Service or Unsatisfactory Work

If you are not satisfied with the quality of work done, please let us know within 24 hours — we will send a professional to fix the issue free of cost. If it still cannot be resolved, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
